20 years young, and enjoying life. I love to laugh, dance, read, and I love surprises! I don't want this blog to lead anybody to believe that I am unhappy, because that is not the case. I love my life, my family, and even my body. I am just ready to be healthy and establish a better lifestyle, and hopefully in turn inspire others to do so as well.

Change

Crossfit has changed my life, and I have only just finished my first month of it.  It makes me excited to do new things, meet new people, expand my horizons, and push myself.  It has caused me to really wonder what other aspects of my life could use some tweaking and some positive change.

What changes have you made to better your life, and yourself?

Whole 30 Day 1

So, after joining Crossfit and reading through the Paleo nutritional packet they gave us, I decided to give it a shot. I figure 30 days is not that long, and for all I know, it might just change my life like so many others claim it has changed theirs.  I am excited to try new things and continue on my healthy life journey!!
