20 years young, and enjoying life. I love to laugh, dance, read, and I love surprises! I don't want this blog to lead anybody to believe that I am unhappy, because that is not the case. I love my life, my family, and even my body. I am just ready to be healthy and establish a better lifestyle, and hopefully in turn inspire others to do so as well.

WOD today was just a lot of snatching. Then I worked on my kip and bar work….bars=my weakness.
I didn’t realize how much the full snatch worked me until about ten minutes later, when I was walking out of the box. Yep, I now can no longer walk like a normal human being. Yay me!
I actually really enjoy kettlebell swings, but chin ups? Not so much. I’m still doing my best on the bar workouts, but it is going to take some time.
It was a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 day, and it wasn’t all too bad. My arms feel pretty weak right now, but it’s a good weak. I didn’t finish first, or even very fast, but I did my very best and gave it my all.
The key point here? I finished.
That’s something to be proud of.
